and Password and type the names and email addresses directly into your custom

do I preview a mailing before it is sent? 2 days before each mailing
(mailings are delivered on the second Tuesday of each month) a copy of the pending
mailing will be sent to your email address. You can then read the e-letter at
your leisure and decide to 'Opt In' or 'Opt Out'. Return

can I find out when a mailing is due to be sent? Mailings are automatically
sent on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Two days before the mailing (on the 2nd
Sunday of each month), the upcoming e-letter will be posted for you to view. Select
"Pending Mailouts" from the top menu bar. A screen will open showing you the date
the mailing will be sent and the subject line for the mailing. Select "View" to
preview the mailing. Note: you will also be forwarded a Preview copy of each
e-letter to your e-mail address. We post the e-letter in the Pending Mailout section
so that you can view it even if you are away from your e-mail for some reason.

IN' to a mailing 2 days before each mailing, you will be sent a Preview
copy of the e-letter. Once you've read the preview, you may approve it to go to

OUT' of a mailing 2 days before each mailing, you will be sent a Preview
copy of the e-letter. Once you've read the preview, you may decide you don't wish

I request changes to a mailing? No, you may not request edits or changes
to a mailing. You may opt out of the mailing and email info@webology.ca replacement
text for that month's mailing. If you choose to opt out of a mailing and do not
send replacement text, that month's mailout is forfeited. Return

Out' feature If you do not respond to the 'Opt In'/'Opt Out' request
at the end of each Preview e-letter, Webology remembers your last 'Opt In' or
'Opt Out' answer and treats it as your default. For example, if you selected "send"
after reading the Preview last month, Webology will default to "send" this month
if you do not respond to the Preview. Similarly, if you decided to 'Opt Out' of
a mailing one month, Webology will remember your "don't send" command the next
month unless you respond to the Preview. Return

I pay for mailing, even if I 'Opt Out'? Yes. Of course, we encourage
you to take advantage of each mailing, as the consistent contact with your clients
will help grow your business. However, we recognize that on rare occasions, may
wish to refrain from sending a particular e-letter (perhaps you're on holiday
and you don't want to generate calls you can't return in a timely fashion). Part
of the beauty and flexibility of the Webology system is that you can 'Opt Out'
of an individual mailing. We are able to offer this flexibility and a superior
product at a very reasonable rate because we provide it as a subscription service.
If we were to offer Webology on a pay-per-use basis, the cost would be considerably
higher (and your results that much less effective). Return
